Responsibility
- help manage Roccia's online reputation by responding to reviews and collecting new reviews
- support the E-commerce manager with website content management using a back-end CMS
- provide SEO support for new product ranges that are lissted on ROCCIA's websites
- help with the organisation and coordination of marketing and promotional events, such as exhibitions, and trade shows
- provide general office support, which can include answering phone calls and arranging appointments
- support the Marketing Executive in managing ROCCIA Trade's social media channels and engage with the audience to build brand awareness and customer loyalty
- help in generating compelling and engaging content for different marketing materials, including blog posts, social media posts, newsletters, and website content
Requirements
- working knowledge of social media platforms and social media management
- experience working with back-end CMS for websites
- basic knowledge of Odoo
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- highly organised with strong attention to detail
- able to use own initiative
- able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- A team player who can work collaboratively with others
