- A CIPD level 5 will be highly advantageous for this role
- our client, an established contemporary fashion retailer specialising in ladies and men collections, is looking for an HR advisor to join their team on a part time basis, in their office located in North London
- the HR advisor will be reporting to the people and culture manager and will be responsible for the staff recruitment and retention, employee relations and data integrity
- you will be involved in jobs posting, conducting screening interviews, recruiting potential candidates for new store openings and you will also be the point of contact for any employee relations advice collaborating with the payroll and finance department to make sure all the employee cases are dealt in a timely manner
- if you have previous experience in retail or hospitality, working as an HR advisor in a fast paced environment and you are looking to grow your career within a fast growing company, currently planning to expand their store presence with new openings, don't miss out on this opportunity
