  • skillfully handling incoming sales enquiries via the website, email and over the phone
  • competently seeing through sales enquiries from initial contact, providing correct advice, prompt quotations, following up and closing the sale
  • sales account management and nurturing customer growth
  • arranging free trials, demonstrations and appointments
  • assisting with Sales Support, Sales Order Processing and General administration duties
  • A skilled approach to new business development to help the business break into new markets and further penetrate existing markets
