They leave you to get on with it, however unless you’re a star reader by which I mean you have worked for them for years it’s unlikely you’ll get much work. They have the same people keep phoning, probably why the reviews are many as some of these callers feel like they’re friends with the readers.

Unprofessional company exposing details of the staff to anybody, stay away from this company
Scam company , they take your reserve fund, they pretend to insure your buildings, there is no insurance. They make up the documents.
Shocking service, bad workmanship, over 5 months and 2 attempts for kitchen renovatiion. No customer service no communication. Instead of made to measure bespoke kitchen we are left with what looks like second hand installation full of holes and silicone. Definitely not recommended.
