The story with Telcam continues and its not good !
As the initial work on the installation had not been completed fully, or inline with their written quotation ! This was noted by our Fire Safety consultant in his report.
Telcam came back to "complete the installation", some of the work was completed, but they still had to fit the required night latch to the front door. On there next visit they attempted to fit the incorrect lock again, and on the follow up visit they didn't even show up. I was left waiting for over 2 hours. Having only been advised that their staff where out at another site as the call/repair had taken more time than expected - no eta given and their Director C.......... didn't even have the courteous to call. Perhaps I should have had my suspicion that they wouldn't attend when I received the email advising the Hi Claire, Hope all is well,
The Lock has been booked in for installation on Thursday 22nd August (between 15:00-17:00)

Still no sign of the complaints policy either.

That sounds frustrating. Did Telcam ever provide a new appointment date after the missed visit, or have they left you without any further communication since then?
Do you know if TELCAM SECURITY SERVICES uses the same terms as SAXON SECURITY HIGH PEAK?
