I would give this shambles of an organisation no stars if it was an option. They don’t follow client’s written instructions and there is no customer service or apology. In my view clients get what you pay for, I would advise to only go to local established solicitors now. Work for them at your peril. Now we have to go to the financial ombudsman regarding their lack of service just at a time when a decent organisation would have rectified the situation themselves, they should be ashamed. There are so many fabulous companies to work for, this one won’t be one of them from the experience I’ve received.

In response to my review on smother platform they state that I do not complain earlier. I wrote on my mother’s instruction to them following their draft that they had nit followed her instruction to make me primary POA and my daughter replacement POA. We heard nothing further until I had to issue a formal complaint. They are so unprofessional and inadequate and to comment that they had offered me a discount for future business is ludicrous as I would simply pay to never use them again should I be forced to do so. Their behaviour is inexcusable and I wish to warn others so they don’t have to suffer the same experiences.
Is there a THE DRAMA MOB MANAGEMENT near MWQ ESTATE PLANNING that is more employee friendly?
