Awful place to work. 0 opportunity for progression, no CRM system- finding companies off yell etc to cold call them and leaving notes on an Excel spreadsheet screams GDPR preach. Director Sean is like a child, happy as Larry when he gets his own way but as soon as you suggest an alternative approach he screams and shouts and made several staff members cry. He is very unprofessional. Office is hardly an office, more a converted 60s terraced house.
I left on good terms as I was going travelling, on my return it was impossible to get a reference from them even to confirm I worked there as a basic reference?
Salary is also shocking, minimum wage for a sales job is non existent in this day and age - apart from here.
