Very disappointed with the customer service I have received on my latest order with Greenman Bushcraft. Unfortunately I had to return an item that was unsuitable, no one answers the phone, emails go unanswered and I'm awaiting a refund on an item returned (and proof of receipt obtained) a month ago. When I have had communication it is simply to tell me that it will be "next week" which I have now been promised 3 times with no refund forthcoming.
