Installed on correct, all good but aftercare is awful. We have had a couple of minor issues, got in touch with company and they said they are minor issues and we need to sort them ourselves, one issue is the flue and the sealant has failed. These issues are within 3mth and 10 mth of installation. Very disappointed with attitude of this company
Did they provide any DIY solutions, or are you expected to hire another service to fix the flue and sealant issues? How did they justify ignoring the warranty?
When you came into the showroom we put you in touch with the fitter who has talked to you already about coming out, However stove maintenance after the warranty period is down to the customer not retailer, No stove retailer upkeeps the stove fit im afraid this is down to you. when you came into the showroom last week it was the 1st time we knew you had an issue and i put you in touch with fitter straight away . Stove cement gets brittle and falls out because of the movements of stoves this was explained to you when you came in. I also said I sell the vitcas filler and have put stove maintenance tips on our page and gave you the sweeps number who does stove maintenance. so very sad you felt you had to slate us.
Does anyone here work at NORTHERN FLAME? We had no updates about them for a long time now. We do hope for new reports concerning working conditions there. Let us know if you know something important!
