Substandard Workmanship: Broken Roof Tiles, Tiles installed incorrectly and
blocking the guttering, Tiles not slotting in properly causing large openings, Solar
panels not properly fixed down and rattling in strong wind, Insulation not replaced as
per agreed contract.
Damage Caused: Damage to loft ceiling, Water damage to main bedroom ceiling,
Damage to solar panels not fixed down properly.
Lack of Resolution: I have been in contact with James to find resolutions to these
issues with no positive outcome.
These issues have caused a lot of inconvenience especially with the slamming of the solar
panels 247 and the house being colder due to a lack of roof insulation. I trusted your company
to deliver professional roofing services, and this experience has been disappointing.
Supposedly PROLONG ROOFING has a better image in the labour market than R A H ROOFING. Is it really so?
