Requirements
- previous experience working in a bar or hospitality setting
- strong knowledge of coffee, bartending techniques, and mixology
- excellent communication and leadership skills
- ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of food production, catering, and banquet operations is a plus
- proven ability to manage a team effectively
- attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
