Responsibility
- communicate with the main contractor professionally, completing contracts site works and paperwork for handover
- this is a senior role in our organisation and requires interaction with a range of clients and staff. The role has responsibility for assisting the Contracts Manager
- attend weekly update meetings with Rascor Management
- ensure all day works sheets are submitted to the office weekly
- ensure all H&S and quality standards are met by Rascor staff
- ensuring that works are carried out and completed to a high standard
Requirements
- must hold valid SSSTS Certification and be qualified in First Aid
- experience in Structural Waterproofing
- must have exceptional attention to detail
- strong organizational and time management skills and ability to prioritize
- must be a self-starter and driven
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
- waterproofing: 5 years
