- to build a good rapport with all residents and resolve any complaints/issues quickly to maintain high quality customer service
- the role holder, will support the Village Services Manager, who in turn supports the Operations Manager and Village Manager
- to assist with resident booking and cancellation requests along with any ad hoc queries
- undertake resident apartment inductions, ensuring resident is confident with all aspects of their new home
- the Village Services Assistant has responsibility to deliver a friendly and efficient customer service experience to residents and visitors, whilst creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- to undertake front of house duties, including meeting, greeting and attending to the needs of residents and members of the public - to ensure a superb customer service experience
- A key focus of the role will be to represent the Village Services Team ensuring residents queries, issues and bookings are dealt with quickly and efficiently
- the post holder will carry out both reception and concierge duties including acting as a conduit between residents and services. This role is exceptionally dynamic and will continuously develop as the village matures
