Responsibility
- as part of our 22-point safety & pre-rental checks, you are taking ownership of vehicle cleanliness and readiness
- delivering and collecting vehicles by means of driving
- appraising and inspecting vehicles with the customer present, to capture signatures in acceptance of Terms and Conditions
- demonstrating key features and controls where a customer may request
- cleaning and preparing a real mix of vehicles – ranging from small cars to large 7.5T trucks – ready for their rental journey with our varied customer base
- as a regionally based rental company, we have strategically placed our locations for national coverage
- vehicles are valeted to the best of your ability. Our existing team take immense pride in our vehicles to set off the greatest possible start to our customers new rental vehicle
- to be the face of our brand – Radius Vehicle Solutions – in delivering vehicles in a professional, courteous & timely manner
