Requirements

  • experience of setting & operating 3 & 5 Axis CNC Mills
  • familiar with the use of Fanuc, Mazatrol & Heidenhain
  • basic TNC control programming experience advantageous
  • off line CAM experience advantageous
  • have a good understanding of engineering drawings
  • competent using measurement equipment
  • understanding of calculating speeds and feeds to the relative material being cut
  • adjusting tool compensations where required
