- have the ability to analyse and fault-find electrical /mechanical systems to effectively and efficiently identify problems and implement solutions
- carry out machine improvements that will reduce downtime, increase efficiency, and reduce waste/cost
- carry out PPMs and repairs methodically and efficiently to the highest engineering and food safety standards
- accurately log all downtime and repair information on CMMS
- be able to demonstrate high attention to detail with good analytical and reporting skills
- ensure information is passed sufficiently between shifts, keeping the engineering and production colleagues informed regarding the progress of repairs
