Responsibility
- we are looking for an experienced head chef to join our management team supporting our pubs across Red Lion Holdings
- you will be an enthusiastic Sous Chef who shares our passion for great food
- you will be strong and enthusiastic, leading from the front with a proven capability of, leading, managing and motivating kitchen teams
- this is a full-time role, created to support cover shifts required across the business
- you must drive and own your own car to be considered for this role
- red Lion Holdings has 16 pubs and inns across Surrey, Hampshire, Gloucestershire and Berkshire

- you will report into one of our Operation Directors who will organise your rota each week, ensuring that the role offers a work/life balance that suits you and the business needs
