- meet and greet all visitors and deal with their requirements
- receive and sort all incoming post and manage outgoing post plus recorded deliveries for collection
- making sure the office amenities are kept tidy and clean
- ordering stationery and photocopier supplies
- assisting the Joint Managing Director with various administration tasks including the monthly payroll
- assisting with the office management with regards to maintenance, catering and waste disposal
