experienced Receptionist / administrator required to work in a fast paced medical business in a friendly private GP practice
email fluency and attention to detail to maintain our high standards of patient service
make appropriate and accurate appointments using Software in response to phone and email enquiries
checking and monitoring Appointments Diaries and organising rotas and workflows
excellent customer service skills and a 'can do' attitude is essential and we are looking for someone who cares about their job and helping people
the right candidate will be office based using our CRM system processing patient enquiries, dealing with referrals, acting as point of reference for staff and Doctors and who is a team player
ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, provide feedback to cleaners and escalate issues to manager
maintain office security by following safety procedures
