Responsibility
- set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications
- load materials into the machine and monitor the production process
- adjust machine settings to ensure proper performance and accuracy
- inspect finished products for quality and make necessary adjustments
- troubleshoot issues that may arise during the production process
- maintain a clean and organized work area
- follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- previous experience as a CNC Operator or similar role
- strong knowledge of materials handling and warehouse operations
- mechanical knowledge and ability to use hand tools effectively
- basic mathematical skills for measurements and calculations
- familiarity with CAD software and ability to read technical drawings
- experience with assembly processes and techniques
- preferred experience wuth Fanub and Mazatrol programming systems
