Responsibility
- P&P are an outsourced housekeeping company that oversees housekeeping in an extensive portfolio of exclusive hotels across the UK
- we are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated candidates for the position of Housekeeping Manager to enhance our team
- positively represent the housekeeping department in daily operations meetings and any other meetings as required
- ensure that all Statutory Training Records are in place, maintained and reviewed regularly
- liaise with HR regarding any relevant concerns relating to staff welfare or allegations of misconduct
- evaluate the performance of all team members under your direction, including conducting regular team member appraisals
- ensure all staff are trained and adhere to the lost property policy
Requirements
- previous housekeeping management experience, ideally gained as a Head Housekeeper in a large/small and demanding property
- previous people management experience, including training and development
- experience in dealing with budgets, including analyzing profit and loss
- desirable to have knowledge of dealing with Health & Safety matters
- housekeeping manager: 1 year
