Responsibility
- advise customers on the best mortgage for them
- advise customers on their whole of market mortgage options, using their unique in-house software
- convert leads that are provided by the company

- providing impartial advice to all customers on mortgage and protection products
- communicate with other departments so ease the process
- filling out fact finds with all relevant information
- ensure customers are fully informed throughout the process
- advise customers on their whole of market mortgage options
- work alongside an impression admin department to ensure the mortgage application is smooth for the customer
- work alongside their case management team to ensure the mortgage application is smooth for the customer
- make sure all work is compliant
- liaising with Mortgage Advisors
- help the team continue to innovate outstanding mortgage advice technology by trialling new ideas and processes
- helping find each customer the right products to suit them
- administration duties, such as keeping CRM system up to date
- ensure all of your work is completed to high standards and is compliant
Requirements
- experience working within a mortgage industry role is preferred, but not essential
- ceMAP qualified
- minimum 1 years Mortgage Advisor experience, CeMAP and CAS required

- at least one year’s experience as a mortgage broker/advisor
- at least one year’s experience as a mortgage broker/advisor, alongside being comfortable doing your own admin
- strong admin experience preferably in the Financial Services sector
- you MUST have your CeMAP qualification
- great verbal and written communication
- experience from an Estate Agency or a similar mortgage processing role would be ideal
- sales/telemarketing experience is preferred
- full CeMAP qualification is essential
- someone who is hardworking, ambitious, and eager to learn
- 12 months experience within a mortgage or financial services related position
- whole of Market experience is advantageous
- ceMAP and CAS is required
- at least 1 years’ experience in mortgage and protection advice
- whole of Market experience
- ceMAP qualified and CAS achieved
- proof of good banking figures
- enthusiasm and eagerness to learn
- experience in the mortgage industry would be advantageous but not essential
- at least 1 years’ experience in a mortgage and protection role
- be confident completing your own admin
- at least 1 years’ experience in a specialist mortgage and protection role
- good telephone manner
- knowledge of the mortgage and property industry
- A background in mortgages/protection/banking will be advantageous but is not essential
