Responsibility
- in addition to being responsible for the maintenance and operation of our very busy Purchase Ledger, you will be responsible for the efficient running of our Sicon WAP electronic purchase ordering system and the training of staff using the WAP system
- you will assist in preparing the fortnightly BACS payment runs, handling the Finance email inbox and the administration of the company credit cards
- this is a full time role of 35 hours per week worked on site Monday to Friday. There may be some flexibility for hybrid working of up to 2 days at home if desired after satisfactory completion of a probationary period
