- GCSE or equivalent
Responsibility
- assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for their vehicles as well as any other requirements
- managing the full parts process from customer orders through to delivery
- maintain accurate inventory of parts and accessories
- sourcing and recommending the appropriate parts to meet customer requirements
- provide exceptional customer service by promptly and professionally addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- ensuring timely and accurate order processing and delivery
- process parts orders and returns efficiently and accurately
- liaising with suppliers, customers, and other team members to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- previous experience in a parts advisor role or similar position preferred
- strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- proficient in using computer systems, to track inventory and process orders
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
- phone etiquette and customer service experience are essential
- automotive service/parts: 1 year
