- keep the parts department clean, organized, and presentable
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- previous experience in a parts advisor role or similar position preferred
- strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- proficient in using computer systems, to track inventory and process orders
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
- phone etiquette and customer service experience are essential
- automotive service/parts: 1 year
