- you will lead on the design and implementation of your statement of purpose, staff recruitment and the home’s model of care
- you will be a champion for vulnerable children and set a culture of high aspirations for their care, education and welfare
- as an established provider of children’s homes for children with social and emotional difficulties, Parkview Care is ready to launch the next stage of its exciting plans, to open its first home for children with learning disabilities
- this is therefore, an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified and experienced Registered Manager, who wants to further develop their skills in setting up and running a four bedroomed children’s home from scratch
- in line with our vision to maintain a high-quality, nurturing environment, the home is ideally situated in a village location, close enough to town services and facilities, within easy travelling distance of Canterbury
- our ideal candidate will have at least two years’ experience of being a Registered Manager of a learning disability children’s home and will hold the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare
