- we are looking for an IT Helpdesk Technician to help manage and troubleshoot any first line enquires or issues that arise internally at our office in Attercliffe, Sheffield

- you will be integral in supporting the team in Sheffield by logging all IT incidents and service requests, troubleshooting issues, and managing user accounts
- logging non-urgent enquires
- you will have great technical knowledge and customer service skills and will become the go-to person for any software and hardware problems and IT support requests
