OPTIMUM TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER is looking for employees for positions:

Working hours

  • part-time

Responsibility

  • ensure the work competed is agreed with the client and chargeable
  • plan each client engagement and carry out all pre-development activities
  • contribute constructively to commercial conversations
  • ensure system access and logins are set up for our training consultants
  • think about the value we add
  • arrange the relevant knowledge transfer meetings
  • arrange travel and accommodation where necessary
  • act as a central point of contact between the client project team and the Optimum team to filter and share information

Requirements

  • at least 2 years’ work experience in training administration or non-sales account manager role is preferable
  • at least 2 years experience in a client facing role
  • highly pro-active and able to work on multiple projects, at different stages, at any one time
  • extremely organised and be able to prioritise workloads
  • able to quickly respond to a reactive workload, and during quieter periods be pro-active in the back office
  • experience building relationships with clients
  • excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • a client facing role: 2 years
