Responsibility
- achieve customer satisfaction by identifying and resolving high-impact client issues
- leverage JDSU/viavi /Accedian platform for testing and ensure connectivity of 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G services
- packet capture and protocol analysis
- coordinate with scripting team for error free configuration on live network
- expertly configure LLD for Cisco ASR 901, 903, Alcatel 7750, 7210, 7450, and ADVA/Tellabs/OMS for E1/TDM/ATM circuits for smooth connectivity and installation, whilst working on RAN project
- configured and maintained customer networks over the Legacy IPVPN, Legacy IP Select, and Next Generation core networks
- execute circuit emulation for IP solution over Cisco 7613 and employ a mechanism, which enables which can carry over the existing 2G services to the new IP based network solution
- manage provisioning and de-provisioning sites and services on NSN network via Net viewer and Net builder platform and on Tellabs and OMS Devices
