- my client, Oaklands Plastics Ltd, are a plastics manufacturer based in Coleshill, who are currently on an impressive growth trajectory, and due to this are looking for a Shift Manager / Training & Documentation Manager to join their team
- experience / Qualifications
- in this new role, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing a customer portfolio with a keen focus on new business and account management
- build strong relationships with Executive Team and staff to ensure that we generate a joined up approach towards all enquires and orders
- achieve growth in all product groups of Oaklands Group and ensure that you are in line to hit your sales targets at all times
