Responsibility
- head up the social media team, collaborating with the Marketing Manager, Ecommerce Manager and Creative Manager
- produce high-quality, engaging social content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn, showcasing our products
- manage social media channels, content planning and social strategy
- monitoring activity and achieving targets set out in terms of increasing engagement and followers
- ensuring all social media channels are in line with our branding, voice and message
- strategise, plan and execute TikTok shop live videos consistently throughout the week to drive sales
- comfortable appearing on camera and presenting products
- collaborate and manage UGC content creators to produce impactful content to be used on paid ads and social channels
Requirements
- proven experience in creating social-first, product-focused content
- strong interest in photography, videography, and social media
- confident managing social platforms
- passion for social media trends and an eye for content that resonates with target audiences
- social media management: 2 years
- video social editing background proven experience using Reels and TikTok to edit a variety of video content, particularly within social / paid social
- ability to work well within a fast-paced environment well under pressure with a flexible, creative attitude both within a team and autonomously
- hemel Hempstead, HP2 7DL: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work
