Responsibility

  • you will be able to work independently but also part of a team within a busy workshop environment
  • comply with the company health and safety procedures
  • maintain a clean and manageable work area ensuring that housekeeping standards are maintained in accordance with the Company Code of Conduct
  • undertake any additional duties as required
  • previous experience in a similar role is ESSENTIAL
  • good rate of pay, remuneration will reflect level of skill and experience
  • ability to programme and manufacture new design parts and components from engineering drawings and edit existing programs, checking parts using precision measuring instruments, good attention to detail, knowledge of XYZ & Hurco controls would be an advantage
  • company pension scheme, 25 days holiday + bank holidays

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent
