  • assist in maintaining cleaning standards and records within the kitchen
  • assist in managing stock and controlling fridge, freezer standards
  • adhere to allergen and dietary laws

Requirements

  • full Driving Licence
  • team player
  • right to work within the UK
  • ideally at least 2 years Chef experience
  • calm and controlled personality
  • A passion for food
  • confidence to step up and run the kitchen in the head Chefs absence
  • ability to work alongside the General Manager and FOH team to deliver high quality food and service
