Responsibility

  • \* Maintain a high level of customer service by leading the team and setting the standards in all areas of buisness
  • \* To promote and enhance a happy, positive and proactive team environment
  • \* Manage the FOH team including everything from scheduling to appraisals and development
  • \* Organise, promote and manage events
  • we are looking for a full time Assistant Manager to join the team at The Northbrook Arms which also has onsite luxury self catering accommodation. This is a full time role of 45 hours spread across five days
  • \* Take responsibility for driving revenue and meeting KPI's
  • \* Work closely with the Kitchen and Housekeeping teams to ensure the smooth running of the business
  • \* Manage the booking and delivery of events

Requirements

  • previous management experience in a high quality food orientated Pub/ Restaurant or Hotel
  • positive team leader with an ability to manage the team effectively whilst still maintaining a positive culture
  • willingness to work evenings and weekends
  • knowledge and experience of managing revenue and an understanding of key performance indicators required within the hospitality industry
  • A high level of attention to detail
