Responsibility

• drive membership sales by implementing strategies for new and returning golfers, focusing on retention and efficient administration
• organize and oversee elite amateur tournaments and open events, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional experiences
• provide support to committees in managing all club competitions, taking the lead, as necessary

• develop the annual golfing diary, including scheduling club matches and inter-club knockouts, to optimize participation and engagement
• lead golf society sales efforts and coordinate with the golf services manager to ensure successful delivery
• collaborate with the General Manager to maintain health and safety standards, ensuring compliance and a safe environment for all
• act as a deputy for the General Manager in his absence, addressing any matters that may arise effectively and efficiently
• provide leadership, motivation, and engagement to the club team, ensuring they deliver the highest standards of support, service, and overall performance
• perform daily banking tasks and other general administrative duties as needed to support the smooth operation of the club
• greet and attend to all members, guests, and team members professionally and efficiently, addressing any issues that arise with the aim of achieving mutually beneficial resolutions
