- be the Fitters mate for the lead fitter in the van, who Fits/repairs Quartz and acrylic worktops
- the job involves handling and carrying heavy loads - Employees are expected to lift safely and competently
- use hand and power tools to complete areas of a job such as polishing and cutting
- cut all material on site safely and correctly
- use computer equipment/software for job allocation and information will need to be recorded on site and returned electronically to the office
- be professional with customers, colleagues and other trades people
- communicate effectively in all aspects of your work, dealing with any queries as they arise
- take responsibility for the care of your tools and minimising the waste of consumables
