this will include compliance visits and on-site training

you’ll do this by devising a robust project plan and ensuring key milestones and deliverables are fully understood by your stakeholders
secondly, you’ll be responsible for all medical equipment, furniture and consumables
A successful inspection is necessary for the sites to be opened
and finally, you’ll act as the point of escalation for the Activation Coordinator regarding risks and issues to project delivery
firstly, ensuring you are supporting the new OJV Partners through the Activations phase, making sure it is seamless and helping them with any queries or issues
you’ll oversee the Coordinator’s on-site activities and provide detailed project documentation to support their tasks on site
you’ll be managing the ordering and delivery of all necessary items and manage the installation process ensuring everything is ready for the Care Quality Commission inspection prior to opening
we’re looking for someone with some previous experience of project coordination or management, ideally in a healthcare or ophthalmic setting
