Responsibility

  • you’ll do this by devising a robust project plan and ensuring key milestones and deliverables are fully understood by your stakeholders
  • secondly, you’ll be responsible for all medical equipment, furniture and consumables
  • A successful inspection is necessary for the sites to be opened
  • and finally, you’ll act as the point of escalation for the Activation Coordinator regarding risks and issues to project delivery
  • firstly, ensuring you are supporting the new OJV Partners through the Activations phase, making sure it is seamless and helping them with any queries or issues
  • you’ll oversee the Coordinator’s on-site activities and provide detailed project documentation to support their tasks on site
  • you’ll be managing the ordering and delivery of all necessary items and manage the installation process ensuring everything is ready for the Care Quality Commission inspection prior to opening
  • we’re looking for someone with some previous experience of project coordination or management, ideally in a healthcare or ophthalmic setting
