Requirements
- practical knowledge of Public Sector procurement, preferably Frameworks through past functions as a supplier or buyer or both
- well-rounded writing and editing of bid content in a complex business environment, and to procurement body defined timeframes
- comfortable consulting with Director level stakeholders , updating and maintaining customer-centric communications using knowledge-based systems
- education / Qualifications
- degree level in a relevant subject
- project management or equivalent
- membership to relevant professional body
- essential Skills
