receptionist / administrator
Responsibility
- greet and welcome clients and visitors when they arrive in reception
- prepare refreshments and organise breakfast/lunches as required
- ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times

Requirements
- excellent administration, organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage time efficiently
- strong communication skills in all mediums, with proven ability to listen to the needs of the business
- good understanding of MS office
