Responsibility
- provide manufacturing support, and interface between production, R&D, quality, CI teams
- problem solving using data driven approach & lean tools, to drive measurable improvements
- to gather data & information to support improvement projects & investment
- to manage NPI to factory, and help productionise new parts efficiently
- drive & embed CI / Lean culture in our manufacturing operations
- support Improvements for process, and tooling / equipment
- KPI reporting for manufacturing projects
- training line operatives & support driving change & improving culture
Contract type

Requirements
- demonstrable knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools, problem solving tools and techniques
- CAD capability
- experience & knowledge of Automotive Industry, with manufacturing experience
- writing clear work instructions & procedures including FMEA, DFMEA
- qualification: HND, College level or higher, in relevant engineering discipline or similar
- experience: 5 years experience of manufacturing operations
