Requirements
- as a head chef you are as close to a superhero as its gets in the kitchen
- everyone in the brigade, from the kitchen porter to the sous chef looks to you for inspiration
- you will be a dynamic team member, expected to train and develop your team
- you need to be driven, passionate about food, and have an acute attention to detail
- we require a minimum of three years’ experience as a Head Chef and a degree/diploma in catering/ hospitality
- at Mollie’s, Chefs must be food obsessed, dedicated to exceeding guest expectations, and focused on training and developing within a high performing kitchen team to achieve agreed KPIs, controls, and high standards
- you will ensure that the Mollie’s high food standards and operational procedures are always maintained; You will work closely with your senior sous to implement new processes and initiatives, constantly creating new opportunities and recommendations to improve the business
- we are looking for candidates who are well organised, and passionate about their work, who enjoys fast paced, quality environments and has a passion for giving the best service possible, with an eagerness to learn and build an exciting career with a fast growing, leading hospitality business
