Responsibility
- ensure the delivery of high-quality care to clients in accordance with established standards and regulations
- develop and implement care plans for clients, including medication administration
- supervise and train care staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- monitor client progress and make adjustments to care plans as necessary
- maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders to ensure coordinated care
- oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of a home care agency and to be registered with CQC as the registered manager
Requirements
- NVQ Level 5 Diploma in management and leadership- Adult social care or equivalent
- registered Nurse or equivalent qualification
- experience in home care or a similar healthcare setting
- strong knowledge of medication administration and relevant regulations
- excellent leadership and management skills
- ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse individuals and teams
- strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
