- hours: 37.5 hours per week Salary: £35,500 per annum, with progression up to £39,500
- as Helpline Centre Assistant Manager, you will be driving performance and improvement to deliver outstanding services to our commissioners and clients
- we provide services across England, from Northumberland to Plymouth, led by a highly motivated and enthusiastic workforce who are committed to delivering the best quality services to those in need of support

- with a renewed strategy in place, we are undertaking a challenging and exciting transformation of the way we work, and our Helpline service is part of that growth and change
- we have a number of contracts in partnership with the NHS, Voluntary and Corporate sectors providing Housing, Advocacy, Advice and Guidance, National Helpline, Employment services and user voice services
