Responsibility
- answer company telephones and emails within the scope of the job role
- take and price bookings and perform dispatch functions when required
- assist patients and clients when calling the company
- act as Systems Administrator and internal champion of Medi 4’s online HR system and Onboarding Compliance systems
- create and maintain electronic staff records on the Shared Library, HR System and Onboarding Compliance system
- manage the recruitment and HR inboxes and action emails as required
- support hiring managers in the preparation of employment contracts and variation agreement letters
- obtain and check pre-employment references for new recruits
