leading and owning the creation of winning tender submissions
review all new opportunities with the SMT aligned with Bid Decision Process – Bid / No Bid decision
proactive management and leadership of the end-to-end tender process
ensure the quality, presentation and structure of documents reflect all requirements in a way that facilitates easy scoring
well written proposals from researched and orchestrated responses which convey operational, technical and commercial solutions in a clear and concise manner
design, collation, production and review of the final submission document including the ownership and writing of sections
working as part of the bid team to produce high quality, customer focused documents
updating and integration of knowledge management within Document Management and Customer Relationship Management systems
