Responsibility

managing Train Presentation Standards? Overseeing the cleaning and presentation of trains, ensuring resources and facilities are in place to meet company standards
conducting Audits and Ensuring Quality? Performing regular audits and site visits to ensure trains meet cleanliness, functionality, and company standards
providing First-Line Support? Offering guidance and support to your Train Presentation teams, ensuring they have the tools and resources to succeed
inspect work area for safety concerns and unsafe acts and report any issues using AVA
responsible for making sure equipment, materials and systems are available and functioning for operational duties
ensuring that all strands of communication and action are collated to maintain and develop the service in line with service specification
to control the equipment and consumables store and movements of inventory to support vehicle preparation
to ensure the operation runs smoothly, efficiently and that contractual obligations are met
identifying and resolving missing equipment, faulty equipment, and report back on a daily basis to the helpdesk and management team
the post holder will be required to administer regular check and keep an up-to-date record log to ensure that all vehicle and equipment is road worthy, and that all operational vehicles have been deep cleaned in accordance with vehicle servicing scheduling
to monitor, review and track the equipment, using our computer system
responsible for the equipment storeroom, ensuring that no unauthorized person will be allowed to access the stores unless accompanied by the
ensuring regular inventory checks are conducted and feedback discrepancies on a daily basis to representative and to Line Manger
ensuring that all new equipment is asset tag and checked into the inventory
the roles have responsibility, maintaining and keep up to date all relevant documentation relating to the equipment store and equipment contained within hubs
supervising a small team of train cleaning operatives
conducting cleaning audits on a nightly basis to ensure that standards being maintained
provide leadership, direction, and delegation to staff. Promote and share best practice
ensuring the internal of trains are cleaned to the required specification, in accordance with Health and Safety compliance
ensure flexible, suitable, and safe manning levels are maintained across all shifts to ensure service meets its contractual requirement
