Responsibility
- planning and sometimes delivering training - including inductions for new staff
- company Compliance - Ensuring the company compliance register is kept up to date and all memberships and training requirements are met. Booking any training required
- absence management, attendance at meetings, disciplinary hearings, and getting involved in people conversations
- analyzing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers. Reporting system to be developed
