our organisation provides training for people at all levels, from supporting individuals to gain work to developing senior managers, mainly through our two key brands of The Job Gym and The National Logistics Academy and utilising several different types of government funding that we have successfully secured

Requirements
bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
proficiency in instructional design principles and e-learning content development tools
strong knowledge of blended learning best practices
experience with learning management systems and virtual learning environments
excellent written and spoken communication skills
experience in developing online learning resources, including interactive software, video, multimedia
experience/ability in researching and introducing innovative digital tools to embed in learning
