- read and learn our bar manual, menus, memorise our cocktail recipes
- assist in creating imaginative drinks list and monthly drink specials
- learn the basics of our food menus and be confident in taking guest food orders if and when necessary

- to assist your co-workers in getting prepped properly for the next service before finishing you shift
- communicating with floor staff and management if any issues arise during service
- maintain our high standards of drink and food serves ensuring consistency throughout your shift
- work efficiently and effectivity with basic bar knowledge in the process of building drink orders
- be hands on the floor by assisting management and floor staff during quieter/busier periods on the bar
- record wastage appropriately and follow our protocols
- confidently run a bar/waiting shift alongside other staff members during a steady/busy day/evening service keeping up with high standards of drinks you make, and the food you serve
- answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
- maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and server stations
- restock and clean down the bar/waititng stands/coffee machine/blender ect during and at the end of every shift
- keep a clean and tidy work space at all times and be aware that our bar/floor is the vocal point/hub of the restaurant
- use initiative by ensuring you are fully stocked and prepped ahead of service
- greet guests and provide them with menus
Requirements
- previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively

- with the nature of our business and opening hours, our demand for bar/waiting staff is the highest at the weekends. You will be expected to work a mix of week day lunchtime evening and weekend shifts
- time management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently during busy shifts
- restaurant experience: Previous experience working in a restaurant or similar hospitality setting
- punctuality and reliability is a must! Lateness and regular absences will not be tolerated
- basic math skills: Proficiency in basic math calculations for handling payments
