Responsibility
- to liaise with the Head of Catering and Procurement Team in the monitoring of suppliers, reporting any inadequacies/ problems with their products or services
- to manage and co-ordinate the various food production processes to ensure that they are executed to the highest standards across the 29 kitchens at Old Trafford and the 3 training facilities
- to be visible to guests in the monitoring of all food and beverage service obtaining regular feedback from guests and incorporating the feedback into menu development and service standards where appropriate
- build a positive relationship with local Enforcement Agencies
- produce monthly stock takes in accordance with company policies and timelines
