Responsibility
- lead and manage IT projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring they meet the defined objectives and deliverables
- develop project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and budget management
- facilitate Agile methodologies such as Scrum and SAFe to enhance project delivery efficiency
- coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines
- monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed
- prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle
- manage disaster recovery planning and execution for critical IT systems
- create test cases and oversee testing processes to ensure quality deliverables
Requirements
- previous Pharma/Biotech experience delvering IT project management with a strong track record of successful project delivery
- familiarity with AWS services is advantageous for managing cloud-based projects
- excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- strong leadership capabilities with experience in guiding teams towards achieving common goals
- proficiency in using Office applications for documentation and communication purposes
- ability to vaticinate potential challenges and proactively address them before they escalate
