manager
Responsibility
- develop project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and budget management
- coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines
- monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed
- prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle
- lead and manage the preparation of all staff and departments switching across to SAP MM, from initiation through to completion, ensuring they meet the defined objectives and deliverables
- overseeing the people side of the implementation, looking at SAP processes, clarifying what skills and training Departments will need in order to switch to new ways of working
- supporting one of their clients who are in the process of implementing SAP across their manufacturing sites
Requirements
- extensive OCM experience plus SAP MM
- bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- previous Pharma/Biotech experience delivering OCM useful with a strong track record of successful project delivery desirable
- proven experience in project management
- excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- strong knowledge of SAP, OCM & Project management
- strong leadership capabilities with experience in guiding teams towards achieving common goals
- proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting
