- to maintain efficient use of materials, equipment and labour resources
- to control and supervise staff in the correct use and maintenance of workshop equipment and tools
- to contribute on a practical level to the repair and maintenance of customer vehicles
- to work closely with the Aftersales Manager, to ensure service and repairs are carried out to the highest standards of quality possible and ensure customer satisfaction
- to ensure company policy, procedure and standards are adhered to and upheld
